회사는 다음과 같은 정보를 수집하거나 처리할 수 있습니다.

• 로그인 및 계정 식별 정보: 이메일 주소, 사용자 식별값(uid), 로그인 제공자 정보, Apple 등 외부 로그인 과정에서 제공되는 식별 정보
• 게스트 이용 정보: Firebase 익명 사용자 식별값(uid), 게스트 고지 확인 여부, 버전, 확인 시각
• 1:1 문의 이용 시: 문의 내용, 문의 시각, 문의 처리에 필요한 상태 정보
• 기기 내부에 저장될 수 있는 정보: 즐겨찾기 종목, 저장한 전략 정보, 언어/테마 설정값, 일부 캐시 데이터
• 필수 약관 동의 이력: 약관/개인정보처리방침 동의 여부, 버전, 문서 URL, 동의 시각, 이메일 해시
• 계정 삭제 후 보관되는 증빙 정보: 사용자 식별값(uid), 로그인 제공자, 이메일 해시, 보관 만료 시각
• 서비스 이용 및 분석 정보: 화면 방문, 앱 실행, 오류 대응, 기기·앱 환경, 서비스 이용 로그 등 Firebase Analytics 또는 Firebase 관련 서비스에서 처리될 수 있는 정보

We may collect or process the following information:

• Sign-in and account identification information: email address, user identifier (uid), sign-in provider information, and identifiers provided through external sign-in providers such as Apple
• Guest use information: Firebase anonymous user identifier (uid), whether the guest notice was accepted, its version, and acceptance time
• When using the 1:1 inquiry feature: inquiry content, inquiry timestamp, and status information needed to process the inquiry
• Information that may be stored locally on the device: favorite symbols, saved strategy information, language/theme settings, and certain cached data
• Required consent history: whether the user agreed to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, their versions, document URLs, time of consent, and email hash
• Proof information retained after account deletion: user identifier (uid), sign-in provider, email hash, and retention expiration time
• Service usage and analytics information: screen views, app launches, error handling information, device/app environment, and service usage logs that may be processed by Firebase Analytics or related Firebase services

회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보를 수집·이용 목적 달성 시까지 보유합니다.

계정 정보는 회원 탈퇴 또는 계정 삭제 시까지 보관됩니다. 게스트 계정은 앱 내 로그아웃 또는 계정 삭제 처리 시 삭제될 수 있습니다.

필수 약관 동의 이력 및 게스트 고지 확인 이력은 동의 또는 확인 사실 증명, 분쟁 대응, 법령 준수, 부정 이용 방지, 보안 유지를 위해 계정 삭제 후 3년간 사용자 식별값(uid), 로그인 제공자, 이메일 해시, 동의/고지 종류, 버전, 동의·확인 시각 등 최소 정보로 별도 보관될 수 있습니다. 다만 관련 분쟁, 수사, 법령상 의무가 계속되는 경우 해당 사유가 종료될 때까지 보관될 수 있습니다.

1:1 문의 데이터는 이용자가 앱 내 대화방 삭제 기능으로 삭제하기 전까지 또는 문의 처리 목적 달성 후에도 분쟁 대응, 부정 이용 방지, 고객 응대 이력 관리를 위해 필요한 범위 내에서 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.

서비스 이용 로그 및 분석 정보는 Firebase 등 외부 서비스의 보관 정책과 회사의 서비스 개선·보안 목적에 필요한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.

계정 삭제가 앱 내 기능 또는 별도 요청을 통해 진행되더라도, 기기 내부 로컬 저장소에 저장된 일부 데이터(예: 즐겨찾기, 저장 전략, 설정, 캐시)는 자동으로 삭제되지 않을 수 있으며, 앱 삭제 또는 이용자의 직접 정리가 필요할 수 있습니다.

In principle, we retain personal information until the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled.

Account information is retained until membership withdrawal or account deletion. Guest accounts may be deleted when the user logs out in the app or account deletion is processed.

Required consent history and guest notice acceptance history may be retained for three years after account deletion as minimal information, such as user identifier (uid), sign-in provider, email hash, consent/notice type, version, and acceptance time, to prove consent or acceptance, handle disputes, comply with applicable laws, prevent fraud, and maintain security. If a related dispute, investigation, or legal obligation continues, the information may be retained until that reason ends.

1:1 inquiry data may be retained until the user deletes the in-app conversation or, even after the inquiry purpose has been completed, to the extent necessary for dispute handling, fraud prevention, and customer support history management.

Service usage logs and analytics information may be retained according to Firebase or other external service retention policies and for the period necessary for service improvement and security.

Even if account deletion is completed through the in-app feature or through a separate request, some data stored in the device's local storage (for example, favorites, saved strategies, settings, and cache) may not be deleted automatically and may require app deletion or direct user cleanup.

위 외부 서비스 제공자는 서비스 제공 과정에서 개인정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 서버 위치와 처리 장소는 각 제공자의 인프라 운영 정책에 따라 대한민국 외 지역을 포함할 수 있습니다.

회사는 외부 서비스 제공자의 보안 및 개인정보 보호 정책을 고려하여 서비스를 운영하되, 각 외부 서비스 자체의 장애, 정책 변경, 처리 방식은 해당 제공자의 책임 영역에 따를 수 있습니다.

To provide authentication, data storage, customer support, analytics, and error handling, we may use the following external services:

  • Purpose: Firebase authentication, sign-in status verification, data storage, service analytics, error handling, and security management

  • Timing and method of transfer: transferred or processed through encrypted network communications when the user selects Google Sign-In
  • Processing or transfer locations: the United States and other countries where Google operates global infrastructure
  • Retention period: the Company's account retention period or the period under Google service policies
• Apple Inc. and Apple Sign-In
  • Purpose: sign-in authentication through an Apple account
  • Data processed: Apple sign-in identifier, email, and information provided during Apple sign-in
  • Timing and method of transfer: transferred or processed through encrypted network communications when the user selects Apple Sign-In
  • Processing or transfer locations: the United States and other countries where Apple operates global infrastructure
  • Retention period: the Company's account retention period or the period under Apple service policies

These external service providers may process personal information in connection with providing the Service, and server locations or processing locations may include regions outside Korea according to each provider's infrastructure policies.

We operate the Service while considering the security and privacy policies of external providers, but failures, policy changes, and processing methods of those external services may be governed by the providers' own responsibilities.

Users may delete inquiry data through the in-app conversation deletion feature, and such deletion may also be reflected in the records retained for operational purposes.

개인정보 보유기간 경과 또는 처리 목적 달성 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.

전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구하기 어렵도록 삭제하며, 관련 법령에 따라 보관이 필요하거나 분쟁 대응, 부정 이용 방지, 보안 유지 등 정당한 사유가 있는 경우 필요한 범위 내에서 일정 기간 분리 보관될 수 있습니다.

Personal information will be deleted without undue delay once the retention period expires or the processing purpose has been achieved.

Electronic files will be deleted in a manner designed to make recovery difficult. However, information may be separately retained for a necessary period where required by applicable law or where there is a legitimate reason such as dispute handling, fraud prevention, or security maintenance.
